The root cause was a combination of: * the use of partially outdated intermediate datasets during regeneration, and * minor differences in syntax interpretation following the migration to a Linux-based processing environment (Stata execution). As a result, variables in the dataset were not consistently computed. The dataset has been fully regenerated with the corrected pipeline. **Action required:**\ All users working with _`bioparen`_ should update to the latest version of the dataset, please send an email to soepmail@diw.de.
